In August 2011, JoAnna joined Claim Specialists International, Ltd. in
administrative operations.
By 2014, she was promoted to the position of Adjuster.
Since that time she has continued to expand her knowledge base relating to
the adjustment of production claims including the handling of Miscellaneous Equipment,
Props, Sets & Wardrobe and Auto Physical Damage losses.
She has continued to progress to the point that in 2017 she advanced to the
position of General Adjuster.
